Spongebob Squarepants parties at JUMP! Sunbury’s Open Day

This Saturday JUMP! Sunbury held its Open Day, brilliant turnout! Sunbury kids came on on down to party with Spongebob Squarepants for some face painting, free sausage sizzle and cake on Saturday 11 Feb 2017.

JUMP! Swim Schools Sunbury’s business owners and childhood friends Fatih Binyazar and Emre Gul bought the year-round swim school to address the region’s lack of learn-to-swim facilities and provide a fun life skill to local children through JUMP!’s award-winning curriculum. Fatih and Emre have received a warm welcome from Sunbury Mums and Dads and business owners.

Emre says,

“Sunbury is such a tightly-knit friendly place with a proudly distinct identity, where people really take care of each and support local businesses. We’ve just been embraced by the community since getting involved in the Street Life Festival in late 2016.”

Father-of-two Fatih witnessed first-hand the struggles his girls and other parents faced in a busy Melbourne metro swimming facility.

“There were just so many other activities distracting my girls from learning. It was a dirty and overused impersonal environment, without family change rooms. Let’s not even talk about trying to find parking or being a single dad.”

“In stark contrast, JUMP! Sunbury is a fun, family-friendly boutique facility that is all about providing the very best learning experience for every child that walks through our door.”

“JUMP!’s family-friendly approach fosters close relationships with owners, teachers, children and parents making for a familiar and safe environment, perfect for boosting the confidence in young swimmers.”

“Emre and I have been bouncing around business ideas since we were kids, and saw a real need for specialised learn-to-swim centres in Melbourne’s growth corridor. In the next few months, we will be opening JUMP! Keilor Park, and can’t wait provide this vital service to another wonderful community.”

JUMP! has put specialised education back into learn-to-swim by crafting a tailored, competency-based program that is backed by the latest child care and teaching research and focuses on the joy or participation and parental engagement.
